Default Farming Lunar Tokens

What would be the best/fastest way to farm lunar tokens for someone with limited time for the event? My options are doing the festival quests with each character or Vaettir farming.

Thanks in advance

I agree - quests, without a doubt. Do them with as many characters as you can, and the characters don't have to be a very high level. If you have time and a free character slot, you can continually reroll a Factions character and quickly get it to a high enough level (5) to repeat some of the quests, though Knights Who Say Nian might be a bit too difficult. You can use a higher-level character to farm up a mess of the ingredients for Hapless Chong's quest, then use a lower-level character to do the quest.

do this but do it with a friend have friend be a high lvl char while you do it on a reroll then switch it around. this way you both can farm and have help.
